OPENING HOURS AND PRODUCT DELIVERY

1. Business days: Monday – Saturday
2. Operational hours: 08.00 – 17.00 WIB
3. For the product to be sent the same day, the order and payment needs to be done before 14.00 pm.
4. Shipping will be done using JNE, SICEPAT, Wahana, J&T, Go-Send or GRAB (for Bandung City Area).

PRODUCT EXCHANGE AND RETURNS

1. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been confirmed.
2. Changes to orders can be made as long as the product has not been sent. Requests to changes to should be made via our customer service at +6287824642289.
3. Products that arrive damaged are eligible for replacement. Photo or video evidence of the damaged product must be sent via email to cs@hallo.co.id or via WhatsApp to our customer service at +6287824642289 on the day the product is received to be eligible for replacement.
4. If you receive a wrong product, please send back the product, we will cover the shipping and resend the product.

PAYMENT AND REFUNDS

1. If the order fails, the payment will be refunded within a maximum of 7 working days.
2. Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once they have been confirmed.
3. For non-virtual account bank transfers, the payment will be verified within 24 hours. If the customer provides proof of payment, the product will be processed immediately.
